California Tax Reduction Committee (“CTRM”) is the first slate mailer in our program to be received in mailboxes by voters, usually on or near the very first day of voting. CTRM is a strongly branded mailer that assures recipients that they should “Say No! To Crime and Higher Taxes!”
CTRM is mailed to a special demographic of high-propensity likely voters that includes Republicans, No Party Preference voters, and high-income Democrats with propensity to vote moderate/conservative. All these voters include home owners and seniors who rent.
